The Song That Owns Itself (STOI) has launched its first release, featuring the instrumental track "God Particle" by the ambient music duo Superposition. The release is a first-of-its-kind integration of social tokens and blockchain tech that allows fans to own interest in the song and demonstrates new possibilities for artists in the emerging decentralized economy.

The project was developed by Acme Innovation's CIO, George Howard, alongside music technology company LiNR, Inc. and music management company ATC.
